I thought the cute pups might get your attention. :)

While placing holds I was thinking about the Bennetts and that I hadn't placed a hold for them in a while and how likely it was that they'd call and complain.

So then I came to Wicked Business by Evanovich in Large Print.  Dick Bennett was on the list but when I tried to place his hold he wasn't there!  I'm trying to figure out what happened and have talke to Mary.  Lots of people were recently deleted but they were patrons who hadn't used their cards in 6 years and that does not apply to the Bennetts.  I tried by name and by number and no Dick Bennett

I asked Corinna since they were Bookmobile patrons and haven't heard from her if she has an explanation.  I don't mind at all not having to deal with unpleasant people but I don't want it to be a mistake on our part and cause even more unpleasantness.

I'll let you know if I find out anything.
