Getting things straight

Any patron whose name begins with A-L has the correct pick-up location listed as their library. I'm working on the rest of the alphabet. I've asked Vanessa about removing people and we have to e-mail their names to her for removal.
I placed 121 holds bringing us up to 175

I'm right behind you...

More confusion

I got another message from someone who doesn't know she's supposed to place her own holds. I forwarded it to you. More patrons I need to remove too. I'll see if Vanessa is in today.
